Social Signup
FIYGE supports OAuth signup of various social platforms only through the authorization code flow. Social signup in FIYGE is a 2-step process. First, user undergoes the authorization code flow to retrieve the authorization code, call the FIYGE social signup API. Then, users will call the usual FIYGE signup API to input the remaining information, such as first name, last name, role.
Step 1: OAuth through social platform
Refer to Authenticate in FIYGE in Social Login.
Step 2: Input remaining information
Refer to Signup. Please note that the user_name must be the same as the email address of the account used in OAuth. For example, a user signs up through Google OAuth with an email address of example@gmail.com, the user_name in POST /access_controls/users/signup.json must be the same as OAuth account email address, a.k.a. example@gmail.com.
