Bulk Edit

To edit multiple records in FIYGE, we will use the bulk edit endpoint POST /edit_selected

For example, to bulk edit invoices we will call the below request

Request

POST v2.crm.immigrate.fiyge.com/accounting/invoices/edit_selected.json?is_confirm=1&select_all_records=0

Params

  • is_confirm=1 to confirm editing of the record
  • select_all_records=0 to apply changes on only selected records

Payload

The payload is the same as in POST /edit, but with one extra param as follows

data[${controller}][id][${index}]: ${id}

For example, to bulk edit 3 invoices of id 250, 252 and 260, we will add the following params in addition to the original payload

data[invoices][id][0]: 250
data[invoices][id][1]: 252
data[invoices][id][2]: 260

Here is a sample form-body to bulk edit 3 invoices of id 250, 252 and 260, the rest of the payload is not shown here for demonstration purpose.

{
"data[invoices][id][0]": 250,
"data[invoices][id][1]": 252,
"data[invoices][id][2]": 260,
// ...rest of the payload
}
